Health: Seller states that the puppy you are purchasing is healthy at the time of sell. For purpose of this agreement once the puppy leaves the sellers premises, it is under the buyers control. Notice of any problem with the puppy must be received within 48 hours.
1. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian within 48 hours from the time of delivered puppy at buyers expense. If veterinarian establishes a Major Problem upon examination then the puppy may be returned at that time with a written statement from the veterinarian.
2. No cash refund will be available after 2 day agreement.
3. Whiskey Creek Aussies will not be held responsible for any medical expenses.
4. No guarantee is made for the size, color, eye color, and breeding ability of your dog. Size is just an estimation according to the parents and blood lines. My goal is to stay within breed standards, but variation will happen.
5. Your puppy is a Pure-bred miniature Australian Shepherd and it will come with Pedigree and an application for registration. It will be your responsibility to get these.
6. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility to pet owner.
